Ca’ del Bosco, one of the standout names in Italy’s Franciacorta region, has earned its reputation for crafting top-tier sparkling wines with elegance and precision. Founded in 1964, this estate has become synonymous with innovation and quality, especially through meticulous vineyard practices, hand-harvesting, and extended aging on the lees.
Franciacorta, Italy’s answer to Champagne, is made using the traditional method but comes from the Lombardy region around Lake Iseo. While both share similar production techniques, Franciacorta has its distinct characteristics—made primarily from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Blanc, its wines tend to be fresher and more fruit-driven, with a softer, more delicate bubble compared to Champagne’s more toasty, yeasty style.
The base vintage of this wine is 2022 as well as a bit of 2021 and 2020. Everything about this bottle is detail-oriented, especially all the fruit which goes through a "berry spa!" The wine ages for 25 months on the lees.

WINE SHIPPING WITHIN THE UNITED STATES
Hart & Cru is happy to engage the services of a common carrier on behalf of you/the customer. However, upon purchase, ownership of and title to all alcoholic beverages passes from Hart & Cru to you/the buyer in the State of Ohio. In the case of shipments outside of Ohio, the sole responsibility for complying with local regulations lies with the customer. By placing an order on this site and selecting shipping, you authorize Hart & Cru to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you.
All ‘Ground Shipping’ orders placed after 12pm on Wednesday will be shipped on Monday the following week in order to avoid bottles being held in non-temperature controlled facilities over the weekend. Orders placed before noon with 2-Day Air selected will be shipped the same day or on the date requested. We are happy to store your order for you until you are able to receive delivery. Please include note specifying desired ship date or reach out to us at thecru@hartandcru.com for any other requests.
The cost of shipping varies depending on which shipping option the buyer selects, as well as destination and number of bottles. The appropriate shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.
All orders will be sent with a 21+ signature as is legally required. The carrier delivering your order will be unable to leave the package on your front door, back porch, etc. without sign-off. Please ensure someone is home to receive. In the event that a shipment cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the purchaser, or after three delivery attempts by the carrier, Hart & Cru reserves the right to charge the purchaser the applicable carrier fee for rerouting to an alternative address or re-shipping to the same address.
