With a delivery-based online store and Pendleton/OTR bottle shop-tasting room, our love for incredible wine extends throughout the Cincinnati metro and beyond. Help us build community from the inside-out by being a part of the team based at 1206 Broadway.

The team is core to our business and a lot of thought has gone into when and why we need to add a member to the Cru. As small as we are, we think we are mighty, and we all inspire and support each other when needed. Small business means people wear multiple hats. Frankly, we kinda like that here as it keeps us on our toes.

Join our passionate team of wine and hospitality experts at Hart & Cru. We’re a small, dynamic group with a diverse range of skills, and we’re looking for someone who’s as enthusiastic about food, wine, and exceptional service as we are. If you have a background in the service industry and a deep love for hospitality, we want to hear from you!

At Hart & Cru, we’re not just filling a role; we’re looking for someone who can grow with us. Hart & Cru includes not only a wine retail storefront, bottle shop, and tasting room, but also e-commerce for nationwide shipping and offsite events. While tasting room shifts are part of this position, we’re flexible. If you have additional talents or passions, we’d love to see how they could contribute to the broader vision of Hart & Cru.

What We’re Looking For:

* Passion for food and wine (a must!)
* Previous service industry experience
* Self-motivated and thrives in a small, close-knit team
* Weekend availability is essential
* Ability to comfortably lift 40 lb boxes
* A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
* You find joy in organization and attention to detail

Bonus Skills That Could Catch Our Eye:

* A knack for social media management
* A talent for photography
* Skills in Adobe Creative Suite
* Interest in learning administrative assistant tasks
* Project management experience
* Ability to coordinate private events and manage customer relationships

Compensation and Benefits:

* Compensation: Ranges from $25 to $40 per hour, based on your skill set, with potential for full-time hours ( 52K-83K depending on skill set )
* Paid vacation after 6 months
* Daily food and drink incentives
* Opportunities for continued wine education
