António Marques da Cruz is the current generation of this family-run estate, though he was the first of his family to make this work into a full-time passion. Serradinha’s claim to fame is the fact they are the first estate to be certified organic in Portugal. The winery is located near Lisbon where the climate is cool and wet. The wines themselves are lower in alcohol due to the climate, a style that separates his style from traditional Portuguese wines. Antonio consciously doesn’t classify his wines as “Lisbon” as he thinks it too broad. The ladybug you see on the cork is an homage to the moment one landed on the top of a bottle which happened around a pivotal moment for the family. 

A unique white which is both herbal with an underlying salinity note, this wine is a blend of two local grapes unique to western Portugal.

WINE SHIPPING VIA USPS / UPS

The cost of shipping varies depending on which shipping option the buyer selects, as well as destination and number of bottles. The appropriate shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. 

In the case of shipments outside of Ohio, the sole responsibility for complying with local regulations or tax requirements rests with the customer. 

It is the purchaser’s responsibility to provide a current, shippable, physical delivery address. In the event a shipment cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the purchaser, or after three delivery attempts by the carrier, Hart & Cru reserves the right to charge purchaser the applicable carrier fee for rerouting to an alternative address or re-shipping to the same address.
