(One (1) glass per order) The DenkArt dessert wine glass celebrates the elegance and finesse that have led to a revival in the popularity of fine sweet wines the world over. Kurt Zalto particularly crafted the dessert glass to accentuate the acidity in sweet wines. The Dessert thus delivers a balance between power and sweetness that makes a great dessert wine shine at its best. Use for Ausbruch, Auslese, Barsac, Beerenauslese, Eiswein (Icewine) Madeira, Piccolit, Port, Recioto di Soave, Sauternes, Sherry, Tokay, Trockenbeerenauslese, Single Malt Whiskey and Vins liquoreaux. Technical perfection is the basic principle of the Zalto Glass Manufactury. Zalto Glasses have always been produced following a tradition of using only the most highly skilled glass-blowers working with a selection of the best raw materials. The curve of the bowls are tilted at the angles of 24, 48 and 72 degrees, which are in accordance to the tilt angles of the Earth.

Handling & Care of Zalto Glassware
It is recommended that Zalto glasses be cleaned in a dishwasher. Hand-washing can add pressure and torque to the bowl, stem and base which can cause breakage and potential injury.
When placing the glasses into the dishwasher, do so carefully so there is enough space between glasses and they are secure.
Use minimal dishwasher detergent to avoid buildup of residue. The glasses themselves will never cloud with repeated washes. If residue buildup occurs, soak the glasses carefully in water that has denture cleaner in it. The glasses should not be exposed to prolonged amounts of hot steam once the wash cycle is over. Open the door to let the steam out. The glasses can be polished with a dry cotton dish towel or microfiber towel. Drying the glasses should be done carefully and without causing pressure or most importantly torque. Twisting the bowl while holding the base is likely to cause breakage.

We do our best to have all orders placed BEFORE NOON delivered SAME DAY. All orders placed after noon, will be delivered the next day. Cincinnati orders over $150 in certain areas will receive FREE DELIVERY. Delivery distances defined by zip codes. See delivery zones below.

WINE SHIPPING VIA COMMON CARRIER
Hart & Cru is happy to engage the services of a common carrier on behalf of you/the customer. However, upon purchase, ownership of and title to all alcoholic beverages passes from Hart & Cru to you/the buyer in the State of Ohio. In the case of shipments outside of Ohio, the sole responsibility for complying with local regulations lies with the customer. By placing an order on this site and selecting shipping, you authorize Hart & Cru to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you.
All ‘Ground Shipping’ orders placed after 12pm on Wednesday will be shipped on Monday the following week in order to avoid bottles being held in non-temperature controlled facilities over the weekend. Orders placed before noon with 2-Day Air selected will be shipped the same day or on the date requested. We are happy to store your order for you until you are able to receive delivery. Please include note specifying desired ship date or reach out to us at thecru@hartandcru.com for any other requests.
The cost of shipping varies depending on which shipping option the buyer selects, as well as destination and number of bottles. The appropriate shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.
All orders will be sent with a 21+ signature as is legally required. The carrier delivering your order will be unable to leave the package on your front door, back porch, etc. without sign-off. Please ensure someone is home to receive. In the event that a shipment cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the purchaser, or after three delivery attempts by the carrier, Hart & Cru reserves the right to charge the purchaser the applicable carrier fee for rerouting to an alternative address or re-shipping to the same address.
