The Collector’s Club brings you small production, highly sought after wines. We make it our goal to provide hidden gems, cult-level icons and limited production bottles. If you’re an avid collector, we suggest you drink these now, find your favorites and stock up on the cases. If you’re just starting your collection, these are the age-worthy bottles you can put away for five, ten or more years. Your wine order will include tasting notes on each bottle, as well as information on the relevant grapes, regions, and producers.

Packages can be purchased for yourself or as a gift. Orders will be available on the 1st of each month.

WINE DELIVERY WITHIN THE CINCINNATI AREA
We do our best to have all orders placed BEFORE NOON delivered SAME DAY. All orders placed after noon, will be delivered the next day. Cincinnati orders over $150 in certain areas will receive FREE DELIVERY. Delivery distances defined by zip codes. See delivery zones below.
*If you wish to select local delivery at checkout please first select shipping and then enter your desired address. If your delivery address falls within our delivery zones you will then be able to select local delivery.

Drop by during normal store hours to pick up your order. If you are looking for a time outside of store hours, please send us a note and a team member will try to accommodate.
WINE SHIPPING VIA COMMON CARRIER
Hart & Cru is happy to engage the services of a common carrier on behalf of you/the customer. However, upon purchase, ownership of and title to all alcoholic beverages passes from Hart & Cru to you/the buyer in the State of Ohio. In the case of shipments outside of Ohio, the sole responsibility for complying with local regulations lies with the customer. By placing an order on this site and selecting shipping, you authorize Hart & Cru to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you.
All ‘Ground Shipping’ orders placed after 12pm on Wednesday will be shipped on Monday the following week in order to avoid bottles being held in non-temperature controlled facilities over the weekend. Orders placed before noon with 2-Day Air selected will be shipped the same day or on the date requested. We are happy to store your order for you until you are able to receive delivery. Please include note specifying desired ship date or reach out to us at thecru@hartandcru.com for any other requests.
The cost of shipping varies depending on which shipping option the buyer selects, as well as destination and number of bottles. The appropriate shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.
All orders will be sent with a 21+ signature as is legally required. The carrier delivering your order will be unable to leave the package on your front door, back porch, etc. without sign-off. Please ensure someone is home to receive. In the event that a shipment cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the purchaser, or after three delivery attempts by the carrier, Hart & Cru reserves the right to charge the purchaser the applicable carrier fee for rerouting to an alternative address or re-shipping to the same address.
