American made, Los Angeles Apparel refuses to cut ethical corners and instead opts to pay their employees a fair and livable wage. Their goal is not only to create high quality essentials but to challenge the status quo when it comes to garment making, pushing back against the fast fashion rise.

Designed by local graphic Artist, Blake Lipper.

Blake Lipper is a Cincinnati based graphic designer, illustrator and fine artist producing work ranging from apparel design to on-site mural work. He is co-curator of Mean Street gallery, a local independent art gallery located in Over The Rhine. He also works as freelance graphic designer for Los Angeles based Warren James Branding Solutions working on notable projects for influential persons such as Hasan Piker, Sssniperwolf, The Boys and Good Mythical Morning.

With years of experience in the hospitality industry, he specializes in design work that is based in food and beverage, applying his experience in the world of dining to his work. He received his Bachelor of Fine Arts from The Art Academy of Cincinnati and studied Graphic Design at Cincinnati State.

WINE DELIVERY WITHIN THE CINCINNATI AREA

We do our best to have all orders placed BEFORE NOON delivered SAME DAY. All orders placed after noon, will be delivered the next day. Cincinnati orders over $150 in certain areas will receive FREE DELIVERY. Delivery distances defined by zip codes. See delivery zones below.

PICK UP AT 1206 BROADWAY

Drop by during normal store hours to pick up your order. If you are looking for a time outside of store hours, please send us a note and a team member will try to accommodate.

WINE SHIPPING VIA COMMON CARRIER

Hart & Cru is happy to engage the services of a common carrier on behalf of you/the customer. However, upon purchase, ownership of and title to all alcoholic beverages passes from Hart & Cru to you/the buyer in the State of Ohio. In the case of shipments outside of Ohio, the sole responsibility for complying with local regulations lies with the customer. By placing an order on this site and selecting shipping, you authorize Hart & Cru to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you.

All ‘Ground Shipping’ orders placed after 12pm on Wednesday will be shipped on Monday the following week in order to avoid bottles being held in non-temperature controlled facilities over the weekend. Orders placed before noon with 2-Day Air selected will be shipped the same day or on the date requested. We are happy to store your order for you until you are able to receive delivery. Please include note specifying desired ship date or reach out to us at thecru@hartandcru.com for any other requests.

The cost of shipping varies depending on which shipping option the buyer selects, as well as destination and number of bottles. The appropriate shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.

All orders will be sent with a 21+ signature as is legally required. The carrier delivering your order will be unable to leave the package on your front door, back porch, etc. without sign-off. Please ensure someone is home to receive. In the event that a shipment cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the purchaser, or after three delivery attempts by the carrier, Hart & Cru reserves the right to charge the purchaser the applicable carrier fee for rerouting to an alternative address or re-shipping to the same address.
