Variety: Mourvedre and Carignan

They care about all the health benefits of wine and they cut out all the things that are bad for you. They just make wine from grapes, pretty simple. They may be called “natural” but these are truly wines we crave and love. Jean is the village doctor and he and his wife have family ties in the wine world dating back to the 16th century. The family farms with organic, intuitive practices to preserve the life of the soils and the entire property works as an eco-system. There are some incredibly old vines on site, over 115 years old, and it is pretty special to have access to this age of rootstock.

A light, fresh, modern Petillant Naturel wine of only 10.5% under crown cap. Hand harvested, no added SO2. Rather than inducing a second fermentation in bottle to create the bubbles in the form of the 'Traditional Method' of sparkling creation, Pet Nats are bottled before the initial fermentation has ended resulting in a softer fizz.
