The couple balances their duties—Konstantin works in the cellar while Alexandra manages the affairs of the estates. They share their love for the vineyard work together, though for them it seems like their life’s joy. They utilize all old vines, un-grafted, with low-yielding fruit. The flora and fauna throughout the vineyards is encouraged to flourish. Their vineyards include some of the steepest and dangerous slate sites.
