The Weinbach estate takes its name from the small stream that runs through the property, meaning “the wine brook.” Today, the Faller family continues that legacy from their home in Kaysersberg at the foot of the great Schlossberg hill. Catherine and her sons, Eddy and Theo, continue the legacy as the third and fourth generations respectively. The family farms biodynamically, focusing on wines that reflect the character of Alsace’s incredible rose-adorned vineyards.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis Riesling comes from the valley of Kayserberg from soils of silt and granite. The wine is aged for 10 months in large neutral barrels.
