Nestled in between the hills are the Sangiovese vines and olive trees. Though the property was farmed for hundreds of years, it did not become the winery of Tenuta di Carleone until 2012. Karl Egger and Sean O’Callaghan both operate the winery with a clear vision, classic, with Sean’s twist.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"\" style=\"white-space: pre-wrap;\" data-pm-slice=\"1 1 []\"\u003e\u003cspan style=\"font-weight: 400;\"\u003eThis is a pure Sangiovese harvested early and pressed in whole bunches to reveal some of the more intense fruit. This ages for just two months before its release.
