These slightly off-dry wines reveal racy acidity, and are perhaps more lightly honeyed than \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cem\u003ebeef \u003c\/em\u003e\u003cspan\u003eChenin Blancs from other parts of the Loire Valley. Janvier’s wines are loaded with the flinty minerality to be expected from this terroir.
