The estate grows primarily Chardonnay (80%) with smaller planting of Pinot Noir. Modernization of the techniques and winery began in 1973 when Michel decided to invest significant money and time into updating the winery. These improvements have continued steadily under his daughter Sophie who has taken over the majority of management of the estate in the past decade or so. Sophie is also responsible for bringing on acclaimed sommelier Marco Pelletier to consult in the cellar process.\u003ci\u003e \u003c\/i\u003eWith increasing focus in both the vineyard and the cellar \u003cspan data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003ethese wines continue to improve year in and year out.
