It's a blend that combines whole cluster Vermentino and Negroamaro, both of which are foot-trodden, then aged on their lees for two years in neutral barrels.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp data-start=\"326\" data-end=\"575\" class=\"\"\u003e\"Post-flirtation\" is a name that organically came about during the early days of Martha's now husband. When she was working late at the winery one night, he was assisting with labeling some samples for Martha when he wrote \"post-flirtation\" instead of fermentation.
