Jeremie is known for the amount of time he spends walking the parcels,  having eyes on his vines to understand and highlight growth year after year. This bottling of ‘Les Montys le Parc’ is from the cru Château-Thébau famed for its deep granite soils that are covered with a sandy-loam. These soils are igneous rocks that are incredibly dark in color and found deep on the ocean floor crust.
