In essence, these practitioners use organic practices unless absolutely necessary to do otherwise.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis vieilles vignes Chambolle-Musigny comes from 60-75 year old vines spread over 0.85 hectares across 3 plots: Les Babillères, Derrière le Four, Les Nazoires, which are primarily chalky soils.
