Olivier’s are elevated and linear. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eJuliet asked what’s in a name, and in this case, it would be pleasantly confirmed that what you see is what you get. \u003cstrong\u003eGravier\u003c\/strong\u003e is French for gravel, and while still substantial, as one might expect and hope to find in a white Burgundy, due to the site’s stony top soils, this cru has more elegance and minerality than other plantings in Santenay.
