Before taking the reins of the family estate from his father Hubert in 1996, Olivier learned from his family while also spending time with Méo-Camuzet, a sought-after name by many collectors. Olivier stopped selling fruit to local négociants in 1997, choosing instead to divest underperforming sites and focus only on his best parcels. This decision left 16.5 hectares in the estate’s holdings today, and the quality is the best it has ever been.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eFrom a Southeast-facing slope, steeper in the middle with more limestone.
