Before taking the reins of the family estate from his father Hubert in 1996, Olivier learned from his family while also spending time with Méo-Camuzet, a sought-after name by many collectors. Olivier stopped selling fruit to local négociants in 1997, choosing instead to divest underperforming sites and focus only on his best parcels.
