In this blend are four red varieties—Dolcetto, Barbera, Nebbiolo, and a bit of Montepulciano, with some Arneis blended in for good Piedmont measure. The blend has increased its percentage of white to 30% with the 2020 vintage. This wine completes a full carbonic maceration keeping this bottle light on its feet and incredibly juicy.
