Chateau Smith Haut Lafitte wines are held in high esteem, recognized as one of the prime estates in the appellation of Pessac-Leognan. Unlike many great vineyards of Bordeaux, Smith Haut Lafitte is in one large block of vines, which is then subdivided into 140 smaller parcels. All work in the vineyard is organic and sustainable, with much of the property also farmed biodynamically.

WINE SHIPPING

The cost of shipping varies depending on what shipping option buyer selects as well as destination and number of bottles. The appropriate UPS shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. 

In the case of shipments outside of Ohio, the sole responsibility for complying with local regulations or tax requirements rests with the customer. 

It is the purchaser’s responsibility to provide a current, shippable, physical delivery address. In the event a shipment cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the purchaser, or after three delivery attempts by the carrier, Hart & Cru reserves the right to charge purchaser the applicable carrier fee for rerouting to an alternative address or re-shipping to the same address.
