Aperol, Aperitivo LiqueurRegular price $29.00 Save $-29.00
Aperol is an aperitif made with gentian, rhubarb, and cinchona (quinine). As an aperitif, it is low in alcohol, lightly sweet, and a little bitter. Often compared to its bitter and citrus-forward relative, Campari, Aperol is a little easier to drink in all regards. This could be drunk on ice, though its most common cocktail is a "spritz" with ice, Prosecco, and an orange slice added. To make this in true Italian fashion, serve an olive in the drink.
