The couple met while working the 2010 harvest together in New Zealand. Eleni has also worked a dream job as assistant to the Chablis great, Vincent Dauvissat. The couple went back to Chablis where they took over a small five hectares of the 50 that Edoard’s family owns; the rest of the property is the entity of Domaine Vocoret \u0026amp; Fils. Hand harvesting is unfortunately rare in Chablis, though the couple’s focus on quality farming is admirable.
