In 2020, her \u003cmeta charset=\"utf-8\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eeponymously named project dropped the name Boillot, and so the domaine is now called Marthe Henry.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003e\u003cmeta charset=\"UTF-8\"\u003eFrom a single vineyard in Rully, the fruit is gently pressed, fermented naturally, and aged in barrel.
